You’ll join a fast-paced support team and collaborate with sales and engineering to troubleshoot, automate, and improve global data center operations. Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries about infrastructure and network issues
- Troubleshoot server and network connectivity problems for customers
- Improve and document support policies and procedures
- Analyze server failures and implement preventive solutions
- Automate server deployment
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain globally distributed data center infrastructure
Key requirements
- STEM degree
- 1+ years experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure
- Red Hat Linux Certification or equivalent
- comfortable on the command line
- hardware setup and maintenance experience
- some networking experience
- virtualisation experience (VMware)
