Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize the trading platform
- Monitor development activities and change management tickets
- Monitor US production, disaster recovery, and certification systems for issues
- Assist build team to resolve build/deployment issues
- Handle Jira tickets assigned to DevOps
- Conduct capacity planning
- Manage operational batch processing
Key requirements
- Experience in a technical operations support role
- Linux experience
- High level of proficiency in Python, SQL and UNIX shell scripting
- Systems administration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
