The Civil Litigation Attorney focuses on healthcare reimbursement and No Surprises Act disputes, managing cases from inception to resolution. The role includes drafting and arguing pleadings and motions, developing litigation strategy in reimbursement and coverage matters, negotiating settlements, and appearing in New York and/or New Jersey state and federal courts while collaborating on complex healthcare-related litigation.
