Live Entertainment Operations Accountant

Manage show settlements for Live Nation Entertainment using reconciliation and advanced Excel skills across live entertainment operations. Support accounting from pre-settlement through month-end close.

As an Operations Accountant, you will own accounting for each show and serve as a primary contact for talent and production stakeholders. The work includes Oracle or Salesforce, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accruals, and internal controls. You will coordinate closely with promoters, artist representatives, and production staff while maintaining accuracy under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with pre-settlement and night-of-show artist settlements
• Enter settlements and distribute reports to stakeholders
• Reconcile revenues, costs, accruals, and receivables
• Finalize show profit and loss statements
• Complete month-end close and report contribution margin

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Three to five years of accounting experience
• Strength in payable, receivable, accrual, and cash reconciliation
• Strong Oracle or Salesforce capability and advanced Excel
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and show-related travel
