LLVM Compiler Engineer

In this role you will contribute to high-performance compute platforms at the intersection of silicon, accelerators, and compiler technology. You will join a growing compiler organization to shape LLVM-based and custom toolchains for next-generation products. You will address performance challenges for AI/ML and accelerator workloads, and perform low-level code generation and backend work. You will collaborate with architecture, silicon, and hardware teams to influence real products, delivering impactful optimization and hardware-aware software. This is a technically demanding role with the opportunity to influence the core tooling behind cutting-edge compute systems.
Responsibilities- Develop and evolve LLVM-based and custom compiler toolchains
- Optimize performance for AI/ML and accelerator-driven workloads
- Perform low-level code generation, backend, and systems-level compiler work
- Collaborate with architecture, silicon, and hardware teams to influence product design
- Strong experience in compiler development (LLVM strongly preferred)
- Excellent C++ skills
- Background in systems programming, performance optimisation, or hardware-aware software
- Exposure to AI accelerators, CPUs, GPUs, or DSPs is a strong plus
