Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll promote and sell loan and protection products while working toward individual and team sales targets.
  • You’ll listen to customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
  • You’ll manage the sales process from application through closing, both in person and virtually.
  • You’ll build trusted customer relationships through responsive, thoughtful service.
  • In this role, you’ll complete credit assessments, process payments and manage overdue accounts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales experience, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets.
  • High school diploma required, with post-secondary education in finance, sales or business considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
