Local Solution Architect

As Local Solution Architect, you will help design, implement, and govern security standards across the organisation. You will work with security frameworks and tools to strengthen information security governance and support audits and regulatory compliance. You will partner with stakeholders to identify risks and deliver practical security solutions that scale with the business. This Leeds-based role offers the chance to shape security policy, automate processes, and contribute to cross-functional security projects.

• Research and advise on information security frameworks, tools, and guidelines
• Conduct information security audits and support remediation activities
• Develop and implement security standards, processes, and tools
• Assist in defining and standardising central application-related security policies and procedures
• Identify gaps in security administration processes and propose improvements, optimisation, and automation
• Monitor and support compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Manage and contribute to IT security–related projects
• Support internal and external IT audits, providing documentation and technical input

• Strong understanding of IT and information security principles and controls
• Experience developing or working with security frameworks, standards, and processes
• Ability to identify risks and propose practical, effective security solutions
• Good stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
• Experience working in a regulated environment is desirable
