The newest chapter is our own smart locker infrastructure. We’re rolling Stasher-owned lockers into hotels, car parks, transport hubs, venues, councils and high-street sites — dozens of sites and hundreds of compartments live already, and around a hundred more units to land over the next 12 months.
Your Mission
You’ll own the journey from signed contract to live locker earning revenue — and then keep improving how those lockers perform.
You’ll manage manufacturers overseas, contractors and installers here in the UK and Europe, and hotel teams who need to feel confident about the lockers that just appeared in their lobby.
You’ll report to the Founders and Commercial Director and work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing and Ops.
As the rollout accelerates we’ll hire a second person into the team for you to manage, so you’ll shape that role, help pick who fills it, and build the way the two of you work.
What You’ll Do
- Deploy. Take sites from survey to live — planning, scheduling, contractors, and you on site for the installs that matter.
- Supply chain. Manage the manufacturers and get the lockers delivered here: specs, lead times, freight, spares, budget.
- Uptime. Own it, and build the network of local hands that keeps lockers working.
- Hosts. Train hotel teams with basic onboarding when a new unit goes live.
- Process. Keep the pipeline, playbooks and weekly update sharp, and automate the rest.
- Performance. Report on utilisation, payback and revenue per unit, and use it to pick better sites.
- Team. Support with hiring, onboarding and management of a second team member as the rollout scales.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years in operations or project management, ideally somewhere the output was physical things going live, on time, in the real world
- Genuinely hands‑on — happy working both in the process and on the process
- Willing to travel across the UK regularly, with early starts and occasional overnights around install weeks. Full UK driving licence
- Strong vendor and contractor management: you chase relentlessly and politely, pick up the phone rather than send a fifth email, and hold suppliers to a standard without souring the relationship
- Numerate and commercially curious — you can build and defend a payback model, and you notice when a site's numbers don’t add up
- Exceptionally clear written communication, and real fluency with tools like Airtable, Notion, spreadsheets and BI dashboards
Nice‑to‑haves
- Experience rolling out a physical network — lockers, EV charging, vending, ATMs, smart access or similar
- Hardware or IoT troubleshooting: connectivity, SIMs, power, remote diagnostics
- Working with overseas manufacturers and the practicalities of importing
- Background in hospitality, retail, car parks or transport hubs
- Building automations and using AI tools to remove manual work
- Languages: French, Spanish or another major global language
The Attitude We’re Hiring For
Skills matter, but this role lives or dies on a. The people who thrive here:
- Own the outcome, not the task. When a partner goes quiet for three weeks, they turn up in person
- Stay calm when the day goes wrong — diagnose it, re-plan, fix the process so it can’t happen twice
- Are honest and early about bad news, with a recommendation attached
- Write things down, because the next install and the support team depend on it
Why Join Stasher?

- Time off: 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays, plus 1 extra day for each year with us
- Flexible working: Hybrid from London, with flexible hours and a co‑working allowance
- Growth: Real investment in your development — this division is being built now, and the person who builds it grows with it
- Team: Collaborative, supportive and social, with regular team meals in London and bi‑annual company reunions abroad
