• Onsite Support Staff: 1:1 Medical Assistant for rooming and nursing support for triage
• One clinic location

Requirements:

• Board Status: Board Certified
• License: Active, unrestricted Connecticut medical license
• Certifications: DEA, BLS
• Local candidates strongly preferred
