Logistics Coordinator/Execution Analyst

Looking for an Execution Analyst/Logistics Coordination to join its Domestic Transportation team. The role focuses on monitoring store deliveries across Canada, resolving delivery issues, and providing excellent service to stores, carriers, and internal teams.

This will be night shift

Compensation-$24/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor outbound deliveries and proactively identify delays or issues.
  • Communicate with different locations, carriers, and internal dispatch teams.
  • Coordinate revised delivery plans when required.
  • Maintain accurate delivery information in tracking systems such as JDA/Insight.
  • Provide operational updates and support process improvements.
  • Analyze data and operational issues and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Flexible to work various shifts based on business needs.

Assets:

  • Call centre or customer service experience.
  • Dispatch or transportation experience.
  • Knowledge of Canadian geography.
  • Experience with JDA/Insight or transportation systems.
