London IT Support Engineer — Hybrid, Global Collaboration

United States Digital Space LLC in London is seeking an experienced Colleague Support Engineer to join our Digital Workplace team. You will deliver first and second line IT support for our London office, connect with global hubs, and help improve our secure IT experience.

The role requires 3+ years of IT support, strong English communication, and hands-on knowledge of macOS and Windows. You will manage access with Okta, maintain devices, optimize network and AV, and contribute to knowledge base
