LPN (Full-Time, Temporary)

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a full-time Temporary Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Center team!

Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for person-directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents' daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a temporary full-time LPN to support our team. This assignment is expected to last approximately 3 to 4 months, although the duration may be shorter or longer based on organizational needs. This position also offers the potential to transition into a regular full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Day Shift

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 8 shifts per pay period
• Every other weekend

Opportunities to pick up additional shifts!

• Base Pay: $31-$35/hour (based on experience)

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
