M365 ARCHITECT

In this role, you shape the future of work by delivering modern, secure, AI-enabled workplace solutions within Avanade’s Modern Workplace Engineering Practice. You partner with clients to drive transformation at scale, aligning Microsoft-centric strategies with business outcomes. You’ll build trusted advisor relationships, craft roadmaps, and lead architectures grounded in Zero Trust and cloud-first principles. The role blends strategy, delivery, and mentoring to elevate client value and accelerate modernization.

• Partner with clients to design and deliver future-ready workplace solutions that drive growth, resilience, and employee experience
• Collaborate with account teams to shape, sell, and coordinate strategic workplace transformation programs
• Develop pragmatic, sustainable roadmaps to maximize value from Microsoft investments
• Lead creation of modern workplace architectures based on Zero Trust, cloud-first, and intelligent automation
• Contribute to new workplace propositions incorporating AI, digital employee experience, and hybrid work enablement
• Support sales through proposals, client presentations, and responding to RFPs
• Engage senior stakeholders with trusted advisory and translate business needs into innovative technical solutions
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to Avanade’s global community of modern workplace professionals
