As an M365 Architect, you will define and deliver the technical vision for EDF's Digital Workplace platforms, focusing on Microsoft 365, identity and device technologies. You will shape secure, scalable, user-centric solutions across the organisation to enable collaboration and productivity at scale. You’ll influence platform direction and engineering standards while leading enterprise-scale initiatives and mentoring engineers. This role blends strategic design with hands-on leadership in a hybrid, flexible UK-wide environment, contributing to EDF's journey toward An Electric Britain.

- Lead technical design and strategic platform direction across Microsoft 365, identity and device services
- Deliver secure, compliant, enterprise-scale solutions aligned with architecture and business objectives
- Define engineering standards, technical policies and design guardrails across Digital Workplace platforms
- Mentor Platform Engineers and act as a senior technical escalation point for complex challenges
- Collaborate with architecture, security, product and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and platform excellence
- Strong leadership and hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, identity and device platforms
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale solutions
- Solid understanding of security, compliance and governance
- Experience with DevOps, automation and configuration as code
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Collaborative cross-functional working with Enterprise technology and business teams
- Commitment to health, safety, wellbeing and environmental responsibilities
- Security Clearance (SC) eligibility / British residency for the last five years
