M365 Digital Adoption Professional

In this role, you will drive the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 across Liverpool City Council. You’ll work within the Strategy and Design Team to enable colleagues to collaborate better, streamline processes, and support digital transformation initiatives. You will develop practical guidance and learning materials, promote best practices, and engage with cross-functional teams to improve resident services. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a public-sector setting with a strong emphasis on change and user support.

• Plan, deliver and evaluate M365 adoption activities to enable confident use of Microsoft 365 tools
• Create clear guidance, learning materials, and communications for new and existing M365 services
• Promote standards for collaboration, information management, accessibility, security and governance
• Identify adoption challenges, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve M365 usage
• Collaborate with ICT, service areas, project teams, communications colleagues and M365 Champions to support adoption
• Continue building knowledge of Microsoft 365, digital adoption, change management and user support through hands-on experience and feedback
