Overview

In this role you will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to architect scalable, secure apps that drive digital transformation and business efficiency. You’ll apply best practices, enable cloud adoption, and provide technical guidance while shaping customer-focused outcomes at Version 1.

Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, configure, develop, deploy, and maintain multiple M365 technologies
  • Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) and work with customers and development teams
  • Drive cloud adoption via the Power Platform and provide technical guidance to teammates
  • Hands-on delivery of enterprise Microsoft Applications solutions and support across SharePoint Online
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of SharePoint components and related tooling for troubleshooting and upgrades
Key requirements
  • 2+ years of project experience with Power Platform
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies in delivery teams
  • Experience with Power Apps testing (Power Apps Test Studio) or similar
  • Experience with data stores (SQL, SharePoint, Lists)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD and backlog tracking
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 platform (SharePoint, Forms, Teams) and Power BI
  • Hands-on experience with designing enterprise-level Microsoft Applications solutions
  • Knowledge of SharePoint farm components and core features
  • Knowledge of C# and SQL (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of React/Angular or other JS frameworks (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with MVC and Agile patterns (advantageous)
