Overview

In this role you shape and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise clients, combining technical design, delivery leadership and pre-sales influence. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement and govern complex 365 environments, with emphasis on security and identity. You’ll engage senior stakeholders, drive high-quality outcomes, and help grow new Microsoft 365 services within a collaborative consultancy practice.

Responsibilities
  • Support pre-sales engagements, qualify opportunities and shape technical solutions
  • Lead design and implementation of complex Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Engage with customers to capture requirements and present technical recommendations
  • Work across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Purview, and the wider Microsoft security stack
  • Lead technical teams and complex consultancy assignments, ensuring successful outcomes and quality deliverables
  • Provide technical governance and quality assurance across designs and documentation
  • Build relationships with key customer and internal stakeholders
  • Support bid responses, technical proposals, and solution documentation
  • Contribute to development of new Microsoft 365 services and consultancy capabilities
  • Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies, security developments, and industry trends
Key requirements
  • Significant experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 enterprise solutions
  • Strong expertise across Entra ID and Microsoft security technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview and Certificate Services
  • Proven experience supporting technical pre-sales and solution design
  • Experience leading technical teams through complex delivery engagements
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience providing technical governance and quality assurance
  • Ability to design complex, multi-technology solutions and translate business requirements into technical outcomes
