Overview
In this role you lead the Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration platform, shaping secure, scalable digital workplace experiences. You collaborate with product, security and operations to drive platform improvements and deliver user-focused solutions. You act as a technical decision-maker and hands-on engineer, influencing architecture and delivery across the M365 suite. This position supports EDF’s mission of a modern, productive workplace at scale with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

- Lead technical delivery across Microsoft 365 platform services with focus on Productivity and Collaboration apps
- Serve as a technical decision-maker for platform solutions and implementation approaches
- Develop and maintain secure, reliable digital workplace capabilities
- Drive platform improvements, automation initiatives and continuous service optimisation
- Collaborate with product, security and operations teams to deliver user-focused solutions
- Delivering platform solutions within enterprise environments
- Hands-on engineering across digital workplace technologies
- Expertise in M365 Productivity and Collaboration tools (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive)
- Experience in Agile delivery environments
- Cross-functional collaboration with technical and business teams
- Applying governance and security principles to platform delivery
- Security Clearance (SC) eligibility, British residency for last five years
