M&A Analyst/Associate – Calgary or Edmonton

EY seeks an Analyst or Associate in M&A to join our Calgary or Edmonton team. You will contribute to high‑profile transactions, from deal sourcing to closure, supporting due diligence, valuation work, and client presentations with a focus on strategic advisory.

This role requires an undergraduate business/finance/accounting degree and relevant experience (Analyst 2–4 yrs, Associate 4+ yrs). Strong modeling and MS Office skills are essential.
