This Associate contributes to a lean, high-volume M&A team resembling technology-focused corporate development or private equity. You will support deal origination, diligence, valuation, and transaction execution. The work spans specialized software industries, business models, research techniques, and C-level conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate acquisitions with Banyan’s M&A and executive teams
• Lead conversations with owners, advisors, bankers, and senior executives
• Build valuation, operational, and financial models
• Conduct financial, sales, marketing, and operational diligence
• Draft investment memorandums and integration strategies for acquisitions

Requirements:

• Minimum four years of M&A experience
• Background in private equity, banking, advisory, or corporate development
• Business or Finance degree from a competitive institution
• Expertise building financial models and structured analysis
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
