Machine Learning Developer Co-op

Build Machine Learning software with Python at Kinaxis, working onsite or remotely according to your Canadian location. Gain production development experience.

This full-time co-op or internship starts January 2027 for four or eight months. You will develop solutions for Maestro users and contribute across Machine Learning software development, deployment, and production systems. Kinaxis provides mentorship and training while you work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write Python code for microservice architectures
• Contribute to scalable and secure AI platform improvements
• Participate in agile planning, huddles, and retrospectives
• Collaborate through pair programming and cross-functional teamwork
• Develop product ideas, demos, and patent applications

Requirements:

• Current full-time student or recent upcoming graduate
• Completed two or more Computer Science or Engineering years
• Hands-on Machine Learning experience through work or hackathons
• Curiosity about applying Machine Learning to real problems
• Optimization or statistical inference experience is an asset
