Machine Learning Engineer

In this role you will own machine learning projects from experimentation to production, building reliable, scalable systems using Python and LLMs. You will collaborate across model development, infrastructure, and product engineering to boost model performance and embed AI capabilities into applications. Expect to tackle complex technical challenges and drive practical ML outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote, technically focused opportunity with exposure to cutting-edge AI projects that shape product experiences.

• Own ML projects from experimentation to production
• Build and maintain production-ready software in Python
• Collaborate across model development, infrastructure and product engineering

• Strong Python programming and production-grade software development experience
• Practical experience with LLMs and modern ML techniques
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals, deep learning, and neural networks
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and troubleshoot complex issues
• Understanding of model reliability, performance optimization and deployment
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, inference optimisation or cloud infrastructure (advantageous)
