Position: Software Developers (Must own MacBook)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Complete and narrate real software development tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models .
- Build, debug, refactor, and review code to support AI model benchmarking and improvement.
- Work independently with clearly structured responsibilities, avoiding high pressure typical in internships or full-time roles.
- Utilize everyday developer tools on macOS such as VS Code , Xcode , Terminal , Git , and package managers.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor , running macOS 15 or higher.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python , JavaScript/TypeScript , Swift , Java , Go .
- Comfortable with developer tools on macOS such as VS Code , Xcode , Terminal , Git .
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or 2-3 years of relevant experience + Bachelor's from a prestigious institution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
