Mainframe Business Systems Analyst

Analyze mainframe applications through requirements gathering and process documentation within an Agile software development environment.

The Mainframe Analyst supports application initiatives from requirements through production readiness. You will develop use cases, document business and technical processes, support solution design, coordinate testing, and collaborate with stakeholders across the SDLC. Strong analytical skills and mainframe lifecycle experience are central.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and use case elicitation
• Facilitate business and technical stakeholder discussions
• Create end-to-end process flow documentation
• Support solution design and architecture discussions
• Coordinate testing, defect resolution, and production readiness

Requirements:

• Experience supporting mainframe application development and analysis
• Experience documenting business and system requirements
• Strong use case and process flow development experience
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
