Maintenance Engineer - High-Speed Automation, 4-on/4-off

Innova Search is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for a high-speed, highly automated manufacturing facility in Wrexham. The role combines heavy mechanical work (about 70%) with electrical fault-finding (about 30%), ensuring machinery uptime and production performance.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of equipment, driving reliability and continuous improvement while adhering to site health and safety procedures.
