Mall Security Guard CCTV Access Control

Monitor mall safety through CCTV and access control as a Security Guard. Patrol public spaces while maintaining a visible, professional presence.

This Security Guard role protects a mall, common areas, parking lots, and surrounding property. Duties include monitoring CCTV, managing authorized entry, responding to incidents, and documenting activity. You will support shoppers, tenants, visitors, management, and emergency responders while following site procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct foot patrols across mall and surrounding property
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems
• Control restricted-area access and verify credentials
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security concerns
• Complete incident, patrol, and daily activity reports

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of security experience
• Valid Alberta Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid and CPR/AED certification
• Basic to intermediate computer and reporting skills
• Availability for flexible eight to twelve-hour shifts
