Mammographer/Radiologic Technologist in VT

Mammography Technologist / Radiologic Technologist (Full-Time, 80 Hours Per Pay Period)

We are seeking a dedicated Mammography Technologist / Radiologic Technologist to join our team in a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures.
• Conduct diagnostic X-ray exams as needed.
• Complete bone density (DEXA) scans.
• Inspect and prepare equipment and work areas daily to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Educate and support department staff through ongoing training and knowledge sharing.
• Deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining professional radiologic standards.
• Demonstrate competency in caring for patients across various age groups.
• Assist with breast imaging procedures and provide excellent patient support throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Active Vermont Radiologic Technologist license in good standing.
• Current ARRT Mammography certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous breast imaging experience with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform mammography procedures successfully.
