Support Moneris Managed File Transfer platforms from Toronto in a hybrid model, using Linux, Windows, scripting, and production troubleshooting skills.

As an experienced MFT technical operations analyst, you will oversee inbound and outbound file transfers across Moneris platforms. The role includes 24/7 support, issue remediation, deployments, monitoring, and collaboration with incident management, development, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide active and on-call 24/7 production support
  • Investigate, resolve, and escalate complex production issues
  • Deploy MFT code, configurations, and scripts
  • Upgrade and patch application server software
  • Implement disaster recovery procedures and documentation

Requirements:

  • Three years supporting in-house and vendor applications
  • One-plus years with enterprise MFT solutions
  • Linux and Windows operating systems proficiency
  • TCP/IP, SCP, SFTP, HTTPS, and NDM knowledge
  • Shell, PowerShell, Python, or comparable scripting proficiency
