Managed File Transfer Support Analyst

Managed File Transfer expertise drives this Toronto hybrid role at Moneris. Support critical inbound and outbound file transfers across enterprise platforms.

As an experienced Platform Support Analyst, you will build, develop, and support MFT solutions. You will oversee technical operations, provide production support, and investigate platform issues. Collaboration spans incident management, software development, infrastructure, and other technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide active and on-call 24x7 production support
• Investigate and resolve routine and complex production issues
• Lead teams troubleshooting complex application support issues
• Schedule MFT implementations, deployments, configurations, and scripts
• Implement disaster recovery procedures and document troubleshooting processes

Requirements:

• Information technology degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
• At least three years supporting in-house and vendor applications
• At least one year with enterprise MFT solutions
• Linux, Windows, TCP/IP, SCP, SFTP, HTTPS, and NDM knowledge
• Scripting, SQL, monitoring tools, and application support experience
