Managed File Transfer Support Analyst

Support Moneris Managed File Transfer platforms from Toronto in a hybrid model, using Linux, Windows, scripting, and production troubleshooting expertise.

As an experienced Platform Support Analyst III, you will oversee inbound and outbound file transfers across MFT platforms. You will support enterprise applications, investigate issues, and coordinate technical resolutions. The work includes deployments, monitoring, upgrades, scripting, and disaster recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide active and on-call 24x7 production support
• Investigate, resolve, and escalate routine or complex issues
• Lead teams diagnosing application and infrastructure support problems
• Schedule MFT implementations, deployments, configuration, and scripting tasks
• Implement disaster recovery procedures and documentation

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in information technology or related discipline
• At least three years supporting in-house and vendor applications
• One-plus year using enterprise Managed File Transfer solutions
• Linux, Windows, TCP/IP, SCP, SFTP, HTTPS, and NDM knowledge
• SQL, scripting, and application monitoring experience
