Managed IT Services Field Engineer

In this role you will provide proactive IT support and field audits across Radius’ customer base. You will assess and optimize IT infrastructure through on-site work, hardware/software troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure systems meet standards. You’ll travel to different sites, perform audits, and help teams adhere to best practices in a global service environment. This position offers hands-on impact on deploying reliable IT foundations and improving cross-site operations. • Provide on-site IT support and troubleshooting across customer sites
• Conduct site audits to document, validate, and optimize IT infrastructure
• Document findings and recommendations to ensure compliance with standards
• Assist in hardware installation and setup and address common network issues
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple audit/support tasks

• 5+ years of IT support, service desk, or field support engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
• Experience with on-site IT setup, troubleshooting, and hardware installation
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple audit and support tasks
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to different sites (valid driver’s license)
