In this Manager role, you lead the design, development and deployment of intelligent AI agent systems and full‑stack apps within SAP+ Design & Innovation. You guide end‑to‑end delivery, mentor teams, and build trusted client relationships to deliver AI-powered transformations that augment SAP implementations. You’ll work across industries on high‑impact programs, shaping AI architectures and production deployments. Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design, development and deployment of AI agent solutions and full‑stack applications for SAP transformations
  • Own delivery quality and outcomes, guiding cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders
  • Mentor consultants and senior consultants, building trusted client relationships
  • Shape AI architectures, production deployment and go‑live strategies
  • Collaborate across industries on innovative AI use cases and transformation programs
  • Drive value realization and enablement by embedding best‑practice AI patterns in client engagements
  • Support leadership and career development within the SAP+ Design & Innovation practice
Key requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience building AI agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent
  • Production experience with RAG architectures (embedding models, vector stores, retrieval strategies)
  • Proficiency with AI development tools: Cursor IDE and Claude Code
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini)
  • Experience building MCP Servers to expose internal APIs and business logic to AI models
  • Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Qdrant)
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and API design
  • Ownership and accountability for outcomes
  • Clear communication and ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Collaborative leadership and ability to coach teams
