The Manager, Analytics leads analysts delivering insights across Scotiabank. This role partners with senior stakeholders to solve business challenges and advance data-driven decisions. It also supports innovation, growth, and operational excellence through strategic analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics professionals
• Deliver dashboards, reporting, and data-driven recommendations
• Translate business challenges into analytical solutions
• Advise leaders across Retail, Wealth, Risk, and Finance
• Improve analytics processes, tools, and reporting solutions

Requirements:

• Advanced SQL and data querying expertise
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Experience with Python, R, or analytical programming languages
• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years analytics experience and 2+ years people leadership
