- Strong academic record with a relevant third-level degree
- Experience in focus industries: Power & Utilities, Government & Public Sector, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Telecommunications & Media
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment
- Experience in business development including client relationship management and proposal support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Relationship-building with clients and peers
- Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Creation of User Stories or Use Cases with Product Owner collaboration
- Workshops and interviews facilitation
