About the Company Our client is a real estate investment company. They are looking for a Finance Manager, Yardi and Financial Systems to join their team! Competitive Salary Annual Bonus: 10% Coordinate with IT on infrastructure and technical concerns Account trees User Support & Training Data quality Develop user guides and training materials Deliver user training sessions Assist finance teams during month-end and critical reporting cycles Data Management & Integrity Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness within Yardi Data imports Data exports Develop validation and audit procedures Support acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio transitions Chart of Accounts Improve data governance and consistency Reporting & Business Intelligence Validate data where Yardi serves as the source system Coordinate with IT on report development projects Support reconciliations and audit requests Accounts Integrations & Process Improvement Coordinate testing and troubleshooting activities Liaise with software vendors and internal stakeholders Identify automation opportunities and process improvements Participate in future Yardi implementation projects Help strengthen governance, controls, and operational efficiency Maintain user security and access controls Assist with internal and external audits Tested Bachelor's degree in: Accounting Computer Science Related field ~Accounting ~ System implementations Strong Yardi Voyager configuration experience Account trees Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Internal controls Audit requirements Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
