Manager Data Analytics Business Partner

Lead strategic data analytics from Westland Insurance Group’s Surrey Head Office in a hybrid Manager, Data & Analytics Business Partner role. Translate complex analysis into decisions.

As a Manager, Data & Analytics Business Partner, you will partner with senior business leaders to deliver measurable business impact. The role requires data analytics, business intelligence, SQL, Python, or R experience. You will also work with modern platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leadership to embed data into decisions
• Design analytics supporting growth, retention, and efficiency
• Lead strategic initiatives and develop scalable prototypes
• Promote trusted data, tools, and self-service analytics
• Identify data, analytics, and AI/ML business opportunities

Requirements:

• At least seven years in data analytics or related discipline
• Relevant degree in statistics, computer science, or related field
• Experience creating demonstrated business impact through analytics
• Experience building trusted senior stakeholder partnerships
• Comfort with SQL, Python, R, or modern data platforms
