Overview

In this role you drive AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions within the Advance Digital team in London. You will own end-to-end client matter delivery, from scoping to pricing, while shaping digital offerings and governance. The role blends hands-on delivery with business development, enabling scalable digital services for clients. You will collaborate across stakeholders to prototype, present, and refine legal-tech solutions, supporting transformation at scale.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end client matter delivery, including scoping, pricing, project management, and continuous improvement
  • Presenting AI and Digital Services capabilities to internal and external audiences
  • Managing the Advance Digital technology toolkit, benchmarking software and ensuring governance compliance
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create client proposals for digital solutions and drafting business development materials
  • Using low-code/no-code tools to design, prototype, and oversee the build/maintenance of digital solutions
Key requirements
  • Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with document automation, databases, AI document review, collaboration and workflow platforms for legal/business use cases
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Experience in business analysis (BA) and/or project management methodologies
  • Experience with a range of legal technology platforms (e.g., Harvey, Legora, Leah, HighQ Collaborate, Contract Express, Kira, Intralinks, Avvoka, Ansarada, Atticus, RelativityOne)
  • Education/experience in AI, Legal Technology, Data Science, Law, Business Management/Commerce or Finance; exposure to legal or professional services delivery preferred
