Manager Enrollment Systems Planning

Lead Slate and Campus Solutions planning as a hybrid Manager in Edmonton, guiding enrollment systems and functional analysts at the University of Alberta. The Office of the Registrar seeks a strategic, solutions-oriented Manager for a full-time, two-year temporary appointment. You will lead recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management systems while advising senior leaders and campus partners. The role combines business analysis, project management, change management, and enterprise application support. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize undergraduate recruitment, admissions, and enrollment systems Lead Slate and Campus Solutions functionality design and deployment Advise senior leadership on priorities, planning, and system risks Manage complex programs, projects, upgrades, and development initiatives Lead and develop a team of eight to ten functional analysts Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business management, related field, or computing science At least five years’ leadership experience in a comparable organization Proficiency in business analysis and project management practices Change management experience with organizational change management skills Knowledge of ITIL, cloud solutions, ERP systems, Slate, and Campus Solutions Apply systems thinking, leadership, and communication skills to advance enrollment planning at the University of Alberta in Edmonton.
