Manager Enrolment Systems Planning

Lead enrolment systems planning at the University of Alberta through hybrid work based primarily at North Campus, Edmonton. Guide Slate and Campus Solutions functionality.

The Office of the Registrar seeks a strategic, solutions-oriented Manager for a full-time, two-year temporary appointment. You will lead 8–10 Functional Analysts while supporting recruitment, admissions, and enrolment management systems. The work connects technical infrastructure with higher education business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 8–10 Functional Analysts
• Guide cyclical operational activities across enrolment systems
• Create, design, and deploy Slate functionality
• Implement and enhance Campus Solutions functionality
• Advise leaders and campus partners on systems priorities
