Manager Financial Planning Analysis

Drive financial insight as a Manager, FP&A, using advanced Excel, modelling and commercial analysis to guide sector performance and margins. Canadian work experience is not required.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, FP&A, you will partner with leaders, operators and cross-functional teams. The position covers weekly flash, monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, capital tracking and decision support. You will manage one direct report while supporting sector objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly flash, variance analysis and executive commentary
• Deliver monthly reporting, sector packs and presentations
• Support budgets, forecasts, scenarios and operator action plans
• Track risks, opportunities, rebates, capital and financial exposures
• Improve reporting, controls, processes and performance analytics

Requirements:

• Four or more years of progressive finance experience
• FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience
• Advanced Excel, financial modelling and proforma skills
• Strong commercial analysis and stakeholder communication abilities
• CPA, progress toward CPA or equivalent preferred
