Lead financial reporting and multi-entity consolidation with CSL in Montreal, supporting month-end close across a global maritime company. Apply strong accounting judgment and analytical skills daily.

As Manager, Financial Reporting, you will work in CSL’s Finance-Accounting department. The position covers monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple legal entities. You will also support budgeting, forecasting, overhead analysis, executive reporting, audits, and board activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Manage consolidation processes for multiple legal entities
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and required adjustments
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and overhead cost analysis
• Coordinate audits and support board and audit committee activities

Requirements:

• Hold CPA membership in Quebec or another provincial body
• Demonstrate highly analytical skills
• Apply accounting policies and reconciliation processes effectively
• Show ethical, accountable leadership and management skills
• Communicate in English for daily external interactions
