Signing Bonus: $5,000

Wage: $45.00-$65.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to commercial and light industrial electrical service calls, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify electrical problems, determine the cause, and provide customers with practical solutions.
• Complete inspections, upgrades, modifications, renovations, and retrofit work.
• Install, service, and modify electrical systems while following applicable codes and industry requirements.
• Assist with servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance for established commercial customers through year-round service agreements.
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and job reports.
• Represent Welldone professionally and provide reliable, high-quality customer service.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and departments to get the job done right.

What We're Looking For

• Journeyperson Electrician certification preferred; Red Seal certification is welcome.
• Registered apprentices are also encouraged to apply.
• Previous commercial or industrial electrical service experiencefortable learning to service HVAC equipment; HVAC experience is not required-we'll train you.
• Solid understanding of applicable electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
