Manager, Global Finance Project Manager

Toronto, ON Full-time CA$75,000 - CA$100,000 / year

KPMG is hiring a Global Finance Project Manager in Toronto. Reporting to the GF Finance Operations leader, this hands-on role supports technology and operational projects across Global Finance.

What you will do

• Plan and lead projects, including governance, financial monitoring, delivery, and alignment with project goals.
• Manage annual operational and compliance activities, including application security reviews, certification renewals, licensing, upgrades, and migrations.
• Build project plans covering scope, tasks, timelines, effort, dependencies, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Support monthly and year-end budget reconciliations and accrual management; coordinate project budgets, approvals, purchase orders, change orders, and internal recharges.
• Track resource utilization and capacity, and resolve resourcing issues.

What you bring

• At least four years of project management experience, including planning and delivering IT and finance projects or programs.
• A bachelor’s degree; PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, including executive reporting.
• Strong project planning and organizational skills, with experience working across matrixed teams.

Compensation

The expected base salary range is $75,000–$100,000 per year. The role may also be eligible for bonus awards.
