As Manager, Model Risk Management, you will oversee independent challenge across EDC’s model lifecycle. The team supports transparent decisions and responsible innovation involving advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. You will guide model risk professionals while advising senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead model risk professionals and oversee validation activities
• Assess model design, data quality, performance, and limitations
• Challenge model developers, owners, and users
• Maintain model risk policies, inventories, and reporting
• Advise stakeholders on artificial intelligence and machine-learning risks

Requirements:

• Experience leading model risk professionals
• Expertise in independent, risk-based model validation
• Knowledge of credit and financial risk models
• Understanding of regulatory expectations and model governance
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders clearly
