This managerial role focuses on managing the ICFR program in alignment with NI 52-109 certification requirements. Candidates should possess strong expertise in designing, testing, documenting Internal Controls over Financial Reporting. With a clear partnership with Finance and business leaders, you will drive effective financial reporting controls while leading internal audit engagements from planning to reporting.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the ICFR program effectively • Oversee development and maintenance of ICFR documentation • Partner with business leaders to implement financial controls • Lead end-to-end internal audit engagements • Coordinate with external auditors for ICFR documentation
Requirements: • CPA or CIA designation required • 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit or ICFR • Strong knowledge of NI 52-109 and financial governance • Proven experience with control testing methodologies • Excellent communication and organizational skills
