Manager of Learning and Implementation (Fully Remote)

This role owns the implementation and learning experience for camp directors. You will set strategic direction and roadmap for both pillars. Key Responsibilities: Set and own the strategic direction and roadmap for Implementation and Learning. Manage and develop your team of implementation and learning content specialists. Direct execution of both pillars, ensuring camps launch confidently and independently. What We’re Looking For: You have managed people and set strategy for a SaaS business. You have experience with Learning and Implementation roles and data-driven decision making. You have represented your work in high-stakes conversations.
