Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Job Summary

The Oracle Fusion Cloud Manager will be responsible for the effective implementation, integration, and management of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with a primary focus on the Accounts Payables, Procurement, Expenses, Tax, Cash Management and Accounts Receivables modules. This role is critical in ensuring seamless financial system integration, particularly in the context of acquisitions. The manager will collaborate with finance, IT, and external partners to ensure that financial systems and processes are robust, scalable, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounts Payables, Procurement, Expenses, Tax, Cash Management and Accounts Receivables modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Manage the financial system integration process during acquisitions, ensuring accurate data migration and system harmonization.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to define system requirements and create detailed implementation plans.
• Ensure that all financial processes and reporting requirements are accurately reflected in the system.

System Maintenance and Support

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Cloud issues, working closely with Oracle support when needed.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Process Improvement

• Analyze current financial processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Develop and implement best practices for the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud in financial operations.
• Ensure that the financial system architecture supports scalability and future growth, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud features and recommend their adoption to enhance system capabilities.

Training and Documentation

Training and Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations,
