Overview

In this role you lead Oracle reporting projects within Deloitte's Oracle Delivery Services, shaping reporting strategies and delivering tailored solutions for clients. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong client relationships, driving growth of the delivery practice. You will work on complex Oracle ERP reporting initiatives that support finance and operations transformations, with opportunities to mentor others and influence project outcomes. This is a Hybrid role based in Belfast, London, or Manchester, offering impact through strategic reporting leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Manage reporting projects from planning through execution and monitoring
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and clients
  • Collaborate within a team of specialists to design and implement reporting strategies
  • Develop tailored reporting solutions aligned with client needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder communications
  • Contribute to growth and development of the Delivery Services practice
  • Lead and mentor a team working on Oracle reporting initiatives
  • Engage with clients at all levels to understand requirements and deliver value
Key requirements
  • Extensive experience with Oracle ERP implementation programmes
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex reporting projects
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Client-facing experience and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with Oracle's reporting tools
  • Understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials or Supply Chain) and underlying databases
  • Familiarity with at least one delivery methodology (e.g., Activate, Waterfall, Agile) and SDLC phases
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to travel and UK Government Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain Security Clearance
