Overview

In this role you lead the PAM capability within IAM, shaping strategy and governance for privileged identities and secrets across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will drive modern identity security controls, automation, and risk reduction while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. The position offers strategic impact, guiding the PAM roadmap and improving security posture at scale. You will mentor a PAM engineering team and partner with risk, architecture, and audit functions to ensure compliance and resilience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing PAM engineering team
  • Define and deliver the strategic PAM and Secrets Management roadmap
  • Establish enterprise-wide governance for privileged identities, credentials, and non-human identities
  • Advocate least-privilege, just-in-time access, and privileged session management
  • Collaborate with Technology, Information Security, Risk, Architecture, and Audit to manage privileged access risks
  • Oversee lifecycle management of privileged and service accounts across infra, apps, databases, and cloud
  • Lead PAM integration with IGA, cloud security, DevOps, and automation platforms
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements via controls and governance
  • Develop KPIs, KRIs, and metrics to show performance and risk reduction
  • Drive automation and process optimization for scalability and resilience
  • Manage PAM incidents, risks, and remediation with continuous improvement
  • Maintain awareness of emerging threats and translate into actionable PAM improvements
  • Contribute to wider IAM and cyber security transformation initiatives
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years in Information Security, IAM, or related fields
  • Proven leadership of PAM programs in complex enterprises
  • People management experience
  • Hands-on experience with PAM platforms (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea)
  • Experience with Secrets Management (HashiCorp Vault) and cloud-native solutions
  • Experience integrating PAM with IAM platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt)
  • Regulated environments exposure with audit, risk, and compliance experience
  • Security transformation, automation, and process improvement delivery
  • Stakeholder management and influencing at all levels
