Manager, Process Architect

In this role you will drive operational excellence within Checkout.com's Finance function by designing scalable end-to-end processes and governing the framework for FinOps growth. You will partner with senior Finance leaders to remove bottlenecks and implement standardized methodologies that ensure quality across projects. You’ll own cross-functional workflow architecture and KPI reporting, then lead change management to embed new workflows globally. This is a chance to shape how finance operations scale in a fast-paced fintech environment and deliver measurable ROI.

• Partner with senior Finance leaders to identify bottlenecks and prioritize high-ROI initiatives
• Establish standards, methodologies and toolkits (e.g., BPMN, templates) for consistency across projects
• Own end-to-end architecture of complex cross-functional workflows to scale financial operations
• Define and oversee reporting of key operational KPIs and drive improvements
• Lead change management for process re-engineering to ensure global adoption

• 5+ years in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Operations
• 2+ years in a management or lead capacity
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Order-to-Cash cycles in a regulated fintech
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, FigJam) and Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt preferred
• Ability to design operating models that support hyper-growth
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools to improve process efficiency
• Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with building structures from scratch
